Naked Fi-BAR Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Tropicana Products UK Ltd (Company number: 13650169) of 10 Fetter Lane, London, England, EC4A 1BR ("Promoter") is offering you a chance to win a Prize (the "Promotion") at the Naked Fi-BAR pop-up event on the 24 October 2026. Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this Promotion. By entering this Promotion you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

2. This Promotion is open to UK residents excluding Northern Ireland who are aged 18 years old or over at the time of participation and in attendance at the Naked Fi BAR pop up event at 15 Bateman Street, Soho, London W1D 4AQ.. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion. You may not enter the Promotion if you are (a) an employee, agent or supplier of the Promoter or of its group companies; (b) a member of the immediate families of (a); or (c) professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration.

3. To participate in this Promotion, participants must attend the Naked Fi-Bar pop-up event, provide their full name, email address and telephone number if requested, and then answer the “fibre phone” when it rings with "Your fibre intake is calling. Get Naked, Get Moving, Get Going. Answer this question correctly to win *prize*" and give the correct answer to the question asked by the person on the phone. The Promotion will run on Saturday 24 October 2026 from 11:00 to 17:00 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Only correct answers provided during the Promotion Period will be eligible for a Prize.

4. The “fibre phone” will ring at eleven intervals during the Promotion Period, with a different question and Prize allocated to the calls which occur at each interval. The first eligible participant to answer the phone and provide the correct answer will win the Prize which has been randomly allocated for that interval. Each participant may participate only once in the Promotion (a participant cannot participate in more than one interval) and may only have one attempt to answer a question posed.

5. Answers provided to a question after the relevant interval during the Promotion Period will not be accepted and will not be eligible to win a Prize. Answers provided on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint answers are not allowed.

6. There will be 11 questions and 11 Prizes available, with up to one Prize awarded per correct answer to a question. There will be up to 11 individual winners. A winner will win one of the following in each round of which each prize will be randomly allocated for each interval from the following list, each a “Prize”:

b. £50 lululemon gift cards (3 available). Note that these can only be used on lululemon.co.uk and in participating lululemon stores in the UK and the Channel Islands (excluding shop-in-shops, wholesale partners and franchises). c. £25 Tesco vouchers (2 available). Note that the vouchers can only be redeemed online at tesco.com/whoosh, all goods must be received by an adult 18 years or over and there is a minimum basket value of £15 for all whoosh orders. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs, incurred are the responsibility of the winner(s).

7. The Promoter will notify the winner(s) in person on the 24 October 2026 at the Naked Fi-BAR pop-up event (the "Promotion Notification Date") and the Promoter will provide details on how the winner(s) can claim the Prize which will include the collection of an email address for the Prizes stated at 7a. to 7d. above. Note that the Stanley Cup will be provided on the day directly to the winner.

8. The Prizes stated at 7a. to 7d. will be emailed winner’s email address within 30 days of the Prize Notification Date.

9. Each Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. No Prize can be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

10. Any personal data relating to a participant will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by the Promoter to assist with running the promotion and authorized third-parties which shall assist the Promoter with running the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting the winner. The information collected will not be used for marketing purposes; will not be added to any mailing lists; and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Once the Prize has been successfully claimed, all personal data collected as part of the Promotion will be permanently deleted. 11. Subject to paragraphs 12 and 13 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to contactuseurope@tropicana.com the winner’s surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary.

12. Participants to the Promotion shall, at or before the time of participation, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 12. You can object by contacting privacyeurope@tropicana.com.

13. Without prejudice to paragraphs 11 and 12 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 11 upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.

14. Answers that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to): (a) obscene, indecent or pornographic content; (b) content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism; (c) violent content; (d) excessive profanity; (e) content that is harmful to minors in any way; or (f) content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal, will not be accepted deleted, and the individual will be disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

15. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Participants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any death or personal injury, product liability claim, costs, expenses, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of a Prize or participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of the Promoter for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation or disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the Promotion or acts in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive or contrary to these terms and conditions. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.

18. These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and the Promoter both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
